Campaign Summary Report

This report displays a snapshot of each active campaign and the number of tasks in the campaign, by status (New Tasks, In Progress Tasks, Closed Tasks, Expire Tasks).

The report contains the following information for each campaign:

• Campaign Name.
• # Tasks: The number of tasks for the selected dates.
• # New Tasks: The number of tasks where no one has attempted to contact the customer yet.
• # In Progress Tasks: The number of tasks where an Appointment Coordinator has attempted to contact the customer but the task is not yet closed.
  • Refer to Disposition Codes for a list of dispositions that are considered in progress versus closed.
• # Closed Tasks: The number of tasks closed between the entered dates.
• # Expired Tasks: The number of tasks expired between the entered dates.
